6 ears corn, husked and cleaned
1 large onion, chopped
1/4 c. chopped fresh basil
1/4 c. olive oil
2 Tbsp. white vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
fresh tomatoes, chopped
Cut kernels off cobs with sharp knife. In a large bowl, toss
together corn, tomatoes, onion, basil, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.
Refrigerate. Serve chilled.
