1 c. olive oil 1 c. balsamic vinegar 1 c. water 1 pkg. Good Seasons Italian dry dressing mix 1 to 2 Tbsp. Truvia or sugar to taste 1 Tbsp. mustard* 1 to 2 Tbsp. garlic powder *I use whatever kind we have on hand, usually Dijon. Mix all ingredients together. Refrigerate. Serve over baby kale or mixed greens. I love to add low sugar dried cranberries, toasted pine nuts and a little Parmesan cheese.
