1/2 c. sugar or Splenda 2 Tbsp. honey 1 tsp. dry mustard 1 tsp. salt 1/3 c. vinegar 1 1/2 Tbsp. onion juice 1 c. salad oil (canola) 1 1/2 Tbsp. poppy seeds Mix sugar, honey, mustard, salt and vinegar together with an electric mixer or blender. Add onion juice; stir thoroughly. Slowly add oil, beating constantly, and continue to beat until thick. Add poppy seeds and mix for a few more minutes.
