1/2 c. tomato ketchup 1/2 c. chili sauce 1/2 c. grated red onion* 1/2 tsp. finely chopped fresh jalape¤o 3 Tbsp. prepared horseradish 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice or more to taste 1/8 tsp. kosher salt or more to taste *From about 1/4 medium onion, using the large holes on a box grater.
