3/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. unsweet white grape juice 2 tsp. cornstarch 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained 1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind 1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon Combine grape juice and cornstarch in a small saucepan, stirring until cornstarch dissolves. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until smooth and thickened. Stir in oranges, lemon rind and cinnamon; cook until thoroughly heated. Serve sauce warm over pancakes.
