1 (19 oz.) can black beans (undrained)
1 1/4 c. frozen corn
1/2 c. mild salsa
1/2 c. water
2 tsp. freshly squeezed lime juice
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. ground cumin
pinch of salt
dash of black pepper
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
Mix all ingredients (except cheese and sour cream) in a large
saucepan and heat. Serve topped with cheese and sour cream.
