4 slices bread 1 large tomato, sliced 4 slices bacon (uncooked) 4 slices Cheddar cheese Turn on broiler. Place bread on cookie sheet. Place cheese slices on bread. Add tomato slices and bacon on top. Place under broiler for 3 minutes, checking after 2 minutes. Once bacon curls and cheese is melted, remove from oven. Serves 2.
