1 large can biscuits
1 lb. sausage, cooked and crumbled
6 to 8 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. milk
2 to 3 c. cheese
Spray 9 x 13 baking dish. Place biscuits broken into pieces in
bottom of dish. Spread cooked sausage on top of biscuits. Combine
beaten eggs, milk and 1/2 teaspoon salt; pour over top. Sprinkle
with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 to 35 minutes. This can be
prepared the night before, refrigerated and baked the next morning.
