1 pkg. crescent rolls
1 lb. sausage, browned and drained
1 1/2 c. frozen hash browns
1 c. shredded cheese
5 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk
1 tsp. prepared mustard
salt and pepper to taste
Place crescent rolls in a 9 x 13 baking dish to form crust; pinch
together. Place over crust in layers in order listed: sausage, hash
browns, cheese. Refrigerate overnight. When ready to cook, mix
eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper; pour evenly over casserole.
Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes, or until firm.
