1 pkg. Hawaiian rolls 8 to 10 eggs 6 slices Provolone cheese 1 lb. sliced ham (thin or chopped) 1/4 c. melted butter 1 Tbsp. yellow mustard 1 Tbsp. brown sugar Scramble eggs however you like them. While eggs are cooking, cut the entire package of rolls in half. Place the bottom half of rolls in a pan; top with a layer of Provolone cheese. Once eggs are done, cover the cheese layer with eggs. Lay ham over eggs; could top with additional cheese, if wanted. Place the top of rolls back over ham. Glaze: In small bowl, melt butter; add mustard and brown sugar. Stir well until combined. Pour glaze over top of rolls. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes, or until cheese is melted. Cut and serve.
