1 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. Bisquick
1 c. milk
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease pie plate. Cook beef and onion until beef
is brown; drain beef and spread in pie plate. Sprinkle with salt;
add cheese. Stir remaining ingredients until blended. Bake 25
