1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3 to 3 1/2 cut up whole chicken
Mix flour, salt and pepper in a shallow dish. In 12-inch nonstick
skillet, heat oil. Cook on medium heat. Cook chicken in oil. Cook
about 10 minutes, or until light brown on all sides; reduce heat to
low. Simmer uncovered about 20 minutes without turning until juice
of chicken is clear.
