2 c. cooked shredded chicken
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 Tbsp. chopped chives
2 Tbsp. milk
1/2 c. crushed seasoned crouton crumbs
2 pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls
1/4 c. melted margarine
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix chicken, cheese, chives and milk together.
Unroll crescent rolls; press dough on perforations (so that
triangles do not separate) to form a rectangle. Fold dough over
filling; pinch the edges tightly to seal. Dip each packet in melted
margarine; coat with crouton crumbs. Bake on baking sheet for 20
minutes, or until golden brown.
