1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom
1 1/2 c. water
3/4 c. uncooked rice
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Stir the soup, water, rice, paprika and black pepper in an 11 x
8-inch baking dish; top with the chicken. Sprinkle the chicken with
additional paprika and black pepper. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake
at 375 degrees for 45 minutes, or until chicken and rice are cooked through.
Sprinkle Cheddar cheese over chicken and rice; bake uncovered for an
additional 10 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
