1 stick butter 2 to 4 large chicken breasts 1 c. mayonnaise 2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated 2 pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked and drained 2 cans cream of chicken soup 2 Tbsp. lemon juice 2 c. soft bread crumbs Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Boil chicken and cut into small pieces. Layer chicken and broccoli in a 13 x 9 casserole dish. Mix together mayonnaise, Cheddar cheese, lemon juice and soup. Pour sauce over chicken and broccoli; top with bread crumbs. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
