1 lb. boneless chicken tenders, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 Tbsp. oil
1 small onion
1 medium green pepper
1 can cream of broccoli soup
3 Tbsp. water
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 pkg. chicken flavored Ramen noodles
Brown chicken in oil. Add green pepper and onion; saute until
tender-crisp. Add cream of broccoli soup, water and soy sauce; heat
to boiling. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Prepare Ramen
noodles. Pour chicken mixture over noodles.
