8 chicken breasts 2 cans cream of chicken soup 1 stick butter, melted 1 1/2 pt. sour cream 2 Tbsp. poppy seed 2 rolls Ritz crackers Cook chicken breasts and cut up in chunks. Mix soup (undiluted), sour cream and poppy seed. Crush Ritz crackers and mix with melted butter. Use a 9 x 13-inch Pyrex. Put soup mixture (1/3) on the bottom, then layer of chicken and then Ritz crackers. Repeat layers with Ritz crackers on top; repeat the third time. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly.
