2 c. chopped cooked chicken or 2 large cans chicken breast 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can cream of mushroom soup 4 oz. sour cream 1 can chopped water chestnuts 1/2 can water Escort crackers, crushed 1 stick melted margarine Mix chicken, soups, sour cream, water chestnuts and water. Crush crackers; put a layer in the bottom of a 9 x 13 baking dish. Pour mixture over the crackers; put a layer of crushed crackers on top of the mixture. Pour melted butter or margarine over the top.
