3 boneless chicken breasts 1 can cream of chicken 1 can cream of celery 1 can cream of mushroom 1 c. sour cream 1 stick butter 2 pkg. Ritz crackers (sticks) Boil chicken; let cool and then shred. Mix all 3 cans of soup, sour cream, 1/2 stick melted butter and chicken in a bowl. Crumble up one package of crackers; spread in bottom of 9 x 13 casserole dish. Pour in mixture; spread evenly. Melt the second 1/2 stick of butter; drizzle over the second package of crumbled crackers. Spread on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes, or until bubbly. Submitted for Lucas Evans.
