1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm dressing (blue pkg.)
1 stick margarine
1 can cream of mushroom
1 can cream of chicken
4 large chicken breasts
Boil chicken until done; save chicken broth. Put dressing into
large bowl. Melt margarine and stir into dressing. Shred chicken
breasts. In a casserole dish, layer 1/3 of dressing mixture and
1/2 of chicken. Mix mushroom soup with 1 can broth and pour over
chicken. Layer 1/3 of dressing mixture, other 1/2 of chicken and
chicken soup mixed with 1 can broth. Sprinkle remaining dressing
on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes.
