2 1/2 lb. chicken 1/2 c. margarine 1 (8 oz.) sour cream 1 1/2 c. coarse cracker crumbs 1 can cream of chicken soup Cook chicken until done; debone. Mix with sour cream and cream of chicken soup. Melt margarine; mix with cracker crumbs. Sprinkle on top. Poppy seeds are optional. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
