6 boneless chicken breasts
2 cans cream of chicken
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
40 Ritz crackers
1 stick butter
Cook chicken breasts until tender. Cut into fine pieces. Butter a
square baking dish. Place chicken in bottom of dish. Combine soup
and sour cream; pour over chicken. Crush the Ritz crackers; sprinkle
over mixture. Top with melted butter. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
