3 Tbsp. margarine
6 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
3 chicken breasts, cooked and chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. milk
Melt margarine; blend in flour, salt and pepper until smooth. Remove
from heat; stir in chicken broth and milk. Bring to a boil for 1
minute. Stir in chicken. Serve over rice, noodles or biscuits.
