6 stewed chicken breasts, cut in bite size pieces 2 cans cream of chicken soup 1/2 can Ro-Tel tomatoes, chopped 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese 1 c. chopped onion bag of Doritos Spray a 9 x 13 dish. Melt cheese, soups and Ro-Tel tomatoes together in microwave or double boiler. Layer chicken, onion and soup mixture; layer again. Top with broken Doritos.
