1 rotisserie chicken, shredded
1 c. salsa
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. ground cumin
4 oz. cream cheese
dash of salt
1/4 c. melted butter
8 flour tortillas
2 c. shredded cheese
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Add the first 6 ingredients into a large
skillet; put over medium heat until cream cheese is melted. Lightly
brush both sides of each tortilla and place on a baking sheet.
Spread about 1/3 cup chicken mixture on one-half of the tortilla;
cover with a sprinkling of cheese. Fold over each tortilla. Bake
for about 10 minutes.
