1 can chicken (deboned) or 2 cans chicken
1 can Ro-Tel
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut into cubes
1 can cream of mushroom
1 pkg. vermicelli spaghetti
1 stick butter
Boil chicken or drain cans. Chop onion and saute in butter. Cook
spaghetti in chicken broth. Mash Ro-Tel in mushroom soup. Add soup,
spaghetti, onion and cheese to chicken; stir well. Pour into oblong
dish. Bake at 350 degrees until hot and bubbly.
