CRAB CAKES

1 lb. lump crabmeat
1/4 c. minced green onion
1/4 c. minced bell pepper
1 c. dry cracker crumbs
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/8 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. curry powder
additional cracker crumbs

Mix all ingredients. Form into cakes (about 1 1/2 tablespoons for
appetizer size). Dredge in additional cracker crumbs. Fry in either
1 tablespoon butter or oil. Brown on both sides. Serve.
