1 1/2 c. chicken broth 1/4 tsp. garlic salt 1/2 can French fried onions 1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese 1/2 c. uncooked rice 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli paprika 1 lb. fish fillets, thawed Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Heat chicken broth in 8 x 12-inch baking dish. Stir in rice and garlic salt. Cover and bake 10 minutes. Top with broccoli, half of French fried onions and Parmesan cheese. Place fish on top; sprinkle with paprika. Bake, uncovered, for 25 minutes, or until fish flakes. Cover with rest of onions and Cheddar cheese. Bake 3 more minutes.
