LASAGNA

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
12 oz. cottage cheese
4 c. shredded Mozzarella
1 large jar Ragu spaghetti sauce
9 cooked lasagna noodles
garlic powder (optional)
Parmesan cheese (optional)

Brown ground beef; drain. Add Ragu sauce and simmer. Cook noodles;
drain and rinse in cold water. Combine cottage cheese and 3 cups
Mozzarella. In a baking dish, put a spoonful of sauce in the bottom.
Put in 3 noodles side by side. Spread 1/2 of the meat sauce and 1/2
of the cheese mixture over the noodles. Add 3 more noodles side by
side, the other half of meat sauce and cheese mixture. Top with 3
noodles; sprinkle the remaining cup of Mozzarella cheese on top. Add
Parmesan cheese and garlic salt (optional). Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to
30 minutes. Cool for 15 minutes.
