1 lb. cooked ground beef 1 Tbsp. garlic, chopped 1 Tbsp. parsley 1 Tbsp. basil 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1 can diced tomatoes 2 small cans tomato paste 10 oz. lasagna noodles 3 c. cottage cheese 2 beaten eggs 2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 2 Tbsp. parsley 1/2 c. Parmesan 1 lb. Mozzarella Combine first seven ingredients. In a separate bowl, combine cottage cheese, eggs, salt, pepper, parsley and Parmesan cheese. Rotate layers of meat mixture, lasagna noodles and cheese mixture. Top with Mozzarella. Bake at 350 degrees until Mozzarella is brown and bubbly.
