3 lb. ground beef, browned garlic powder salt pepper 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes dash of oregano 1 qt. tomatoes lasagna noodles 2 eggs 8 oz. cottage cheese 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese tomato sauce or paste 2 c. Mozzarella cheese Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Boil approximately 12 lasagna noodles 15 to 16 minutes; drain. Make "egg mixture" by combining eggs, cottage cheese and Parmesan cheese in medium bowl. Make "meat mixture" by combining beef, garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste. Add parsley flakes, oregano and tomatoes too. Use tomato sauce or paste, if needed, for consistency. Grease a 9 x 13 glass pan. Layer ingredients: noodles, egg mixture, meat mixture. Make two layers. Top with Mozzarella cheese. Bake 20 minutes covered and 20 minutes uncovered.
