1 lb. ground beef 1/2 c. chopped onion 3/4 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1/4 tsp. garlic salt 2 tsp. Italian seasoning 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce with bits of tomato 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Velveeta cheese 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese 8 lasagna noodles, cooked 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown ground beef and onion; drain fat. Add Italian seasoning, salt, garlic salt and pepper. Stir in tomato sauce and sauce with tomato bits. Simmer for 30 minutes. In a 13 x 9-inch baking dish, layer sauce, 4 noodles, more sauce, 3 cheeses and mushrooms. Add remaining noodles, meat sauce, mushrooms and cheese. Bake for 30 minutes.
