1 lb. ground beef
1/2 tsp. oregano
6 oz. lasagna noodles, cooked
1 (15 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
1 c. cream-style cottage cheese
1 (6 oz.) bag shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Brown ground beef in large skillet, stirring,
until crumbly; drain. Add oregano and spaghetti sauce; mix well.
Layer noodles, cottage cheese, Mozzarella cheese and meat 1/2 at time
in greased 9 x 13 dish. Bake for 30 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes
before serving. Yields 6 to 8 servings.
