12 oven ready lasagna noodles 1 lb. lean ground beef 1 (1 oz.) taco seasoning 1 egg 1 (15 oz.) Ricotta cheese 1 lb. shredded Cheddar 1 (24 oz.) jar salsa sour cream, green onions, diced tomatoes (optional toppings) Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large skillet, brown beef until no longer pink; drain meat. Add seasoning and stir. In a small bowl, combine egg and Ricotta. In a 9 x 13 dish, layer 4 noodles on the bottom. Next, layer 1/3 of the Ricotta, 1/3 beef mixture, 1/3 salsa. Repeat 2 more times. Bake covered 30 to 40 minutes, or until casserole is bubbly. Let stand for 10 minutes. Add desired toppings.
