1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 can refried beans
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 pkg. tortilla chips
1 (8 oz.) Colby Jack cheese
1/2 c. water
1 c. sour cream
Brown meat; drain fat. Add tomatoes, 1/2 cup water, beans and taco
seasoning. Cook, uncovered, 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir
in sour cream. Place 1/2 the chips in 9 x 13 dish; cover with 1/2
meat/bean mixture and next layer cheese. Repeat layers. Bake at
350 degrees for 20 minutes, or until heated thoroughly.
