4 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded 1 stick butter 2 large eggs 1 tsp. garlic powder 1 tsp. onion powder loaf of sandwich bread (white or whole wheat) Set cheese and butter on counter to soften. Using an electric mixer, blend cheese and butter. Add eggs and spices; whip until creamy. Spread mixture on slice of bread; top with another slice of bread. Spread with cheese mixture again (cheese will be facing the top). Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly. Cut in half or fourths and serve.
