1 lb. ground hamburger meat
1 (15 oz.) can chunky style Italian tomato sauce or 1 can pizza sauce
1 (10 oz.) can refrigerated pizza crust dough
2 c. Mozzarella cheese
pepperoni slices (optional)
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Brown meat in skillet; drain and return to
skillet. Add sauce and cook until heated. While meat cooks, spray 9
x 13 dish with cooking spray. Unroll pizza dough and press into
bottom and halfway up sides. Top crust with meat mixture. Bake
uncovered at 425 degrees for 12 minutes. Top with cheese and pepperoni, if
desired. Bake an additional 5 minutes, or until crust is browned and
cheese melts. Cool 5 minutes before serving. Makes 6 servings.
