1.5 lb. ground beef, browned
1/2 to 1 can peas, drained
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can cream of onion soup
1 (2 oz.) jar pimentos
1 pkg. egg noodles, cooked
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 stick butter, melted
salt and pepper to taste
3 c. shredded Colby Jack cheese
Mix everything together (except 2 cups Colby Jack cheese) into a 9 x
13 casserole dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. At 25 minutes,
cover with 2 cups Colby Jack cheese.
Optional: Garlic salt can be used instead of regular salt.
