1/2 lb. thin cut pork chops (5 to 6) 1/2 small onion, sliced 1/4 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise or more if you really like mayonnaise 4 oz. Kraft extra sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded salt and pepper to taste Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Using a meat mallet, tenderize meat on each side. Place side by side on baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Season with salt and pepper. Top with a slice of onion. Spread mayonnaise over top and then cheese. Bake 35 to 45 minutes until cheese is bubbly and meat cooked through.
