6 butterfly pork chops
potatoes, peeled and diced
steak pepper seasoning (Monterey Jack)
salt to taste
Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Lay pork chops on bottom. Put potatoes and
cut up onion around them. Pour Ranch dressing over top of all of it.
Season with steak pepper seasoning and salt. Sprinkle with
sun-dried tomatoes. Cover with tinfoil and bake at 200 degrees for 2 hours.
