14 oz. canned salmon
1 large beaten egg
1/3 c. cornmeal
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 Tbsp. self-rising flour
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
2 c. vegetable oil
Mix well. Form into patties. Fry 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
Remove and place on a plate with paper towels to absorb excess oil.
