1 c. soy sauce 1/2 c. bourbon (Jack Daniels, Wild Turkey, etc.) 1/2 c. brown sugar or brown sugar with Splenda 1 large piece salmon Mix the first 3 ingredients together. Bring to a slow boil, melting sugar. Place the salmon in a large industrial size pan. I usually line it with aluminum foil. Pour the sauce over salmon. Bake at 350 degrees until done. It usually only takes about 15 minutes. Salmon is best when it is just "almost done." Serve with rice and a green vegetable of choice. We usually use steamed broccoli or asparagus.
