2 Tbsp. olive oil 1 medium onion, diced 3 cloves minced garlic 1 large can tomato paste 1 pkg. baby pastina Parmesan cheese Sauté onion, garlic and seasonings in large Dutch oven until translucent. Stir in tomato paste. Add 3 to 4 cans water. Simmer for 15 minutes; mix well. Add more water (to about 2-inches from the top). Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Add pastina noodles; return to boil. Boil on high until almost done. Lower heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Should be like a thick soup; if too thick, add water.
