1 lb. boneless chicken breast
2 c. broccoli florets
1 c. carrots
4 cloves garlic
1/4 c. chicken broth
3 Tbsp. honey
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Throw all into pan on high. Keep stirring until meat is browned.
Let cook; let cool.
