1 lb. beef sirloin, cut into strips
1 Tbsp. oil
2 potatoes, cubed
2 c. carrots
1/4 c. water
2 c. each onions/mushrooms
1/4 balsamic vinaigrette dressing
Cook meat for 2 minutes. Add carrots and potatoes; cook additional
15 minutes. Add rest of ingredients. Cook 5 more minutes. Serve.
