1 lb. hamburger meat, browned 1/2 c. chopped onion 1 c. chopped green pepper 4 c. chopped cabbage, cooked 1 can cream of celery soup 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese pepper to taste Drain hamburger and cabbage well. Combine all ingredients. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
