2 pkg. frozen broccoli spears
2 eggs, well beaten
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 stick butter, melted
bread crumbs (8 slices bread)
Cook broccoli until tender. Combine eggs, soup, cheese and
mayonnaise; fold in broccoli. Pour into casserole dish. Cover with
bread crumbs; dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
