2 cans Veg-All, drained 1 c. chopped onion 1 c. chopped celery 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese 2 Tbsp. Hellmann's mayo 1 tube Ritz crackers 1 stick oleo, melted Mix Veg-All, onion, celery, cheese and mayo; spread in casserole dish. Crunch crackers and spread over top of vegetables; pour melted butter over crumbs. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees, or until it bubbles.
