1/2 lb. bacon
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped onion, sauteed
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. molasses
1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
1 tsp. mustard
1/2 c. catsup
1 (15 oz.) can butter beans
1 (15 oz.) can dark red kidney beans
1 (15 oz.) can pork and beans
Cook bacon until crisp; crumble and set aside. Brown ground beef;
drain. Combine bacon, beef, onion and brown sugar; mix well. Add
molasses, vinegar, mustard, catsup, butter beans with 1/2 of liquid,
undrained kidney beans and undrained pork and beans. Pour into
sprayed 9 x 13 baking dish. Bake in 350 degrees preheated oven for 45
minutes, or until bubbly. Serves 8.
