1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 lb. bacon, diced
1 large onion, sliced
1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 c. ketchup
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/8 tsp. salt
1 (1 lb.) can pork and beans
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can lima beans, drained
1 (1 lb.) can kidney beans
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Saute first 3 ingredients in a skillet with a
fork to break up meat as it browns. Add remaining ingredients; mix
well. Bake in 2-quart casserole for 2 hours.
